The Smart Executive Education Platform was established with the aim of developing the mechanism for Executive Education at the Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government in pursuance of attaining the largest segment of government leaders in the region, and to enable them to engage in the advanced education system through which the school seeks to improve government performance and support the development process in all sectors in the Arab World.

Programs for Organizations

Executive Education Customized Programs are designed to help institutions realize their full potential by introducing integrated, customized, capacity- building solutions. From pre-program preparation to post-program follow-up, this approach facilitates an ongoing relationship with participants to provide them with the support they need to achieve real impact. Each program has its own set of deliverables depending on the language (Arabic/English) agreed between Client and MBRSG.

The Executive Council

The Policymaking Capacity Building Program, designed by the Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government and the Executive Council of Dubai Government, aims to enhance the skills and abilities of public sector leaders and managers responsible for challenging strategic policy development and change initiatives. A series of intensive programs in strategic thinking, strategic planning, and strategic implementation, in line with global best practices in public policymaking, were developed to achieve this goal.

Zayed Future Leaders

Zayed Future Leaders is a customized executive education leadership development course designed to nurture the skills of young leaders of tomorrow.

Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government launched four specialized professional Diplomas that are based on MBRSG’s leadership competencies framework. The programs provide the participants with knowledge across a wide range of fields including: Leadership and future foresight, New Public Administration, Agility in governance, and Public Policies.
