EXECUTIVE EDUCATION
Executive Education Customized Programs are designed to help institutions realize their full potential by introducing integrated, customized, capacity-building solutions. From pre-program preparation to post-program follow-up, this approach facilitates an ongoing relationship with participants to provide them with the support they need to achieve real impact. Each program has its own set of deliverables depending on the language (Arabic/English) agreed upon between the client and MBRSG.
Each customized program is designed through a collaborative effort bringing together MBRSG faculty and staff with representatives from client institutions. Our unique diagnostic framework utilizes advanced assessment techniques to help measure organizational strengths and needs, enabling us to tailor the right program design.
MBRSG’s clients include many major institutions in the country, including but not limited to: the Prime Minister's Office, Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, Mohammed Bin Rashid Program for Leadership Development, Etisalat, Dubai Courts, Sheikh Khalifa Government Excellence Program, Department of Finance, Dubai Corporation for Media, Department of Lands and Properties, Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme, Dubai Women Establishment, Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing, and Department of Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities.
MBRSG also cooperates regionally with the governments of Arab countries, including Libya, Egypt, and Iraq.

THE EXECUTIVE COUNCIL
The Policymaking Capacity Building Program, designed by the Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government and the Executive Council of Dubai Government, aims to enhance the skills and abilities of public sector leaders and managers responsible for challenging strategic policy development and change initiatives. A series of intensive programs in strategic thinking, strategic planning, and strategic implementation, in line with global best practices in public policymaking, were developed to achieve this goal.

Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government organized two customized training programs, “Strategy Planning & Project Management,” for the Abu Dhabi Development Fund. The training program was designed to equip participants with skills including the ability to prepare action plans aligned with the institution's strategic plan as per the SWOT analysis. This includes translating the annual plan into operational plans, monitoring implementation, dealing with discrepancies, and rectifying them according to performance indicators and measures.

Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government and Dubai Municipality have signed a cooperation agreement for the development and training of young future leaders in the municipality. The "Leaders of Tomorrow" program aims to develop the leadership skills and performance levels of employees through education and ongoing training. The program targets UAE nationals at Dubai Municipality who have high qualifications, hold key positions, and demonstrate high performance.
